OneQuestion – Supporting each other in a safe space
OneQuestion is a safe space to bring your questions about life – a sharing circle where it’s okay not to be okay, where honesty is welcomed without judgement, and people of all ages are welcome.
Here, you are invited to explore topics that might otherwise feel difficult to address: life overwhelm, relationships, mental health challenges, sadness, grief, or new perspectives on life and spirituality. Each meeting centers on questions brought by members of the community to drive and inspire the thoughts and support of the whole community.
This is where conversations happen that don’t always find a place elsewhere. Whether you bring a question, your support for the questions of others, or simply a wish to be present, you are welcome.
Paul, Nathalie, and Janna facilitate the OneQuestion meetings. All three have had a personal experience with encountering life challenges, resulting in a strong desire to support others who are in a place of struggle, transition or disconnectedness. Paul is a technologist working in AI ; Nathalie supports fellow travellers in understanding and managing their emotions, through boxing and life coaching ; Janna is a pastor who especially makes use of social media for outreach to the community.
The group meets every Tuesday between 6pm-21pm. Feel free to come by. No registration needed.
